Your order is sent by DHL EXPRESS. Shipping is free of charge. After your order is approved, it is usually delivered to the cargo to be sent to your address within 1-2 business days. You can receive your order from the cargo officer against signature by presenting a picture ID. In mandatory cases, you can request a code via sms instead of signature and you can receive your order from the cargo officer with the code sent to you. If you are not present at the delivery address, another person at the address can receive your order by presenting an ID. However, if the cargo officer cannot reach anyone at the address, your cargo will be returned to us.

The delivery date for the order you place through our online store is displayed on the cart page during the order. For telephone orders, it is notified personally by our sales representatives.
